These terms govern your use of CreatorsGrade. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
Using the service
You are responsible for your account, your activity, and the content you submit. Use the service lawfully and honestly. Do not impersonate others, manipulate ratings, post spam, harass anyone, share private information without permission, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Reviews and other content
Reviews must reflect your own genuine views. You are responsible for having the rights to what you post and for ensuring factual claims are accurate. You retain ownership of your content and grant CreatorsGrade a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the service.
Reviews are their authors' opinions. Ratings and automated or AI-generated insights are informational, may contain errors, and are not endorsements or verified statements of fact. A claimed channel indicates verified control of that channel, not approval of its content.
Moderation and access
We may review or remove content and restrict or suspend access for violations, abuse, security concerns, or legal reasons, subject to applicable law. To report unlawful content, a rights violation, or a moderation concern, use the reporting tools or contact us with the relevant link and explanation.
Our service and third parties
Our branding, design, and software remain the property of their respective owners. CreatorsGrade is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google. We use YouTube API Services; by using CreatorsGrade, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Third-party services and linked content are governed by their own terms.
Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from third-party content or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
